  • As pet care professionals, we are relied upon to protect not only your pets, but your homes your families and your peace of mind.

    Everyone on the Sniffaris Pet Care Team is:

    • Highly vetted by Jen Mayotte, but more importantly - highly vetted by my interview partners Freyja, Charlie and Reina the dogs. All staff are Puppy Approved!

    • Required to pass a National Criminal Background Investigation as a prerequisite to employment.

    • Insured under Sniffaris Pet Care Insurance Policy as Independent Contractors.

    • Utilizes the same communication platform for anything related to caring for your pets. We use Time to Pet, a modern pet care software to keep everything organized and secure.

    • Is a part of a close knit team of pet care professionals building a career and life by caring for pets. It’s a passion, a way of life and the long term plan for all of us.

    • Current and long term client references available upon request!

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    Daily walks/visit

    I. Cancel by 5:00pm the day before to avoid any charges

    II. Same day cancellations are subject to a 50% of canceled visit

    Overnights

    III. Changes to the initial booking can be made up until two (2) days before the start of the trip.

    IV. Two (2) days before the start of the trip, the dates will be considered confirmed and 50% of the total amount of the stay will be due. Remainder of the balance will be due 24hr after the last day of services.

    V. Total cancellation made within 7 days of the scheduled stay, clients will be charged 50% of canceled visit.

    Contracts

    Clients are asked to review and sign a series of Agreements that explain company policy and procedure. But, there are no binding long term contracts.

    Clients will be subject to the cancellation fee for any services booked.

  • Our weather policy is reasonable and safety minded.

    We are prepared to deliver services in almost all weather conditions.

    Severe heat, snow, lightening and ice are managed with specific protocols which clients learn about in the on-boarding process.

    In general - we are folks who love being outside with dogs! And most weather conditions don’t scare us!

  • The question of who will be assigned to your services is a great question and it is a service dependent!

    • The whole team is ready to provide dog walking, cat care, drop-in visits, and overnight stays.

    • Any services involving training, consultations and meets and greets will be facilitated or led by Jen Mayotte.

    • And - special considerations are given to which sitters will be the best fits for the best pets based on the pet’s needs and the sitters experience!
